Refund policy

Return window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Email todaysedgeshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason, and we'll email you a free prepaid return label.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with seals intact. For health and safety reasons, opened or used supplements, powders, and consumables cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, with no return needed in most cases.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Return shipping: Returns are free. We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Exchanges: To exchange, return the original item and place a new order.

Not returnable: gift cards, sale or clearance items marked final sale, and opened consumables.
